Expert on local development and governance, strategic planning and decentralized cooperation.

Director of the Local Economic Development Agency LEDA in the North and lecturer at the Institute of Social Sciences at the Lebanese University.

Consultant to the European Union Mission in Beirut in the Ministry of Administrative Development, as well as with the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent as regional coordinator for the Middle East and North Africa traffic safety project.

He has conducted numerous researches and studies in the field of local economic development for many international associations. From his publications: a study on the consensual democratic system in Lebanon with the European Group of Public Administration (EGPA) and a study on decentralized cooperation between cities in the north and the south with the Centre International d’Études pour le Développement Local (CIEDEL).
